| Los dos conductores han sido investigados por conducción temeraria con manifiesto desprecio por la vida de los demás Objetivo CLM■ Martes, 20/09/2022 | Madrid | Nacional | Sociedad, SucesosLa Guardia Civil ha investigado a dos conductores por sendos delitos de conducción temeraria con manifiesto desprecio por la vida de los demás, causando además un siniestro vial.Los hechos ocurrieron a la altura del punto kilométrico 27,000 de la carretera A-4 (Autovía del Sur), tramo perteneciente al término municipal y partido judicial de Valdemoro (Madrid), cuando el conductor de un microbús impidió el adelantamiento de un turismo, interponiéndose en la trayectoria que llevaba, situándose tanto en el carril de la izquierda, como en el central y en el de la derecha.Una vez realizado el adelantamiento, el turismo comenzó a realizar maniobras bruscas de frenado y a interponerse en la trayectoria del microbús en varias ocasiones. Finalmente, el microbús acaba colisionando con el turismo en la incorporación a una glorieta que da acceso a la carretera M-404.Los dos conductores han sido investigados por los agentes del Sector de Tráfico de la Guardia Civil de Madrid, por sendos delitos de conducción temeraria, siendo el encargado de la instrucción el Juzgado de Instrucción número 6 de Valdemoro. Normativa:El artículo 380.1 del Código Penal establece que: «El que condujere un vehículo a motor o un ciclomotor con temeridad manifiesta y pusiere en concreto peligro la vida o la integridad de las personas será castigado con las penas de prisión de seis meses a dos años y privación del derecho a conducir vehículos a motor y ciclomotores por tiempo superior a uno y hasta seis años”.La Guardia Civil apela a la conciencia cívica de la población para que en caso de encontrase ante una situación similar puedan avisar al teléfono 062 (Guardia Civil) o 112 (Emergencias) o en caso de que hayan realizado alguna grabación o tengan algún enlace de interés, puedan aportarlos en los canales creados ex proceso por la Guardia Civil, siendo este el siguiente:Página web: https://www.guardiacivil.es, dentro del apartado denuncia electrónica. |
