Orden del día del Pleno de Alcázar
Se celebrará este martes a las 17:00 horas
CONVOCATORIA SESIÓN ORDINARIA DEL PLENO.
Se celebrará el próximo día 27 DE SEPTIEMBRE DE 2022, a las 17:00 horas, en el Salón de Plenos de este Ayuntamiento, en primera convocatoria, y una hora más tarde en segunda convocatoria, a fin de adoptar acuerdo sobre los asuntos incluidos en el siguiente ORDEN DEL DIA:
PARTE RESOLUTORIA.
1.- Aprobación, si procede, acta anterior.
2.- Fiestas Locales 2023.
3.- Propuesta para la adhesión del Ayuntamiento a la red de ciudades por la bicicleta.
4.- Expediente modificación ordenanza fiscal Tasa nº 25 “Ocupación terrenos públicos o privados con terrazas y estructuras auxiliares”.
5.- Expediente modificación presupuestaria nº 21/2022 de suplemento de créditos.
6.- Expediente modificación presupuestaria nº 3/2022 de suplemento de créditos del Instituto Municipal de Deportes.
7.- Moción del grupo municipal Ciudadanos para impulsar un plan local de salud mental en Alcázar de San Juan para la promoción y cuidado de la salud mental.
8.- Moción del grupo municipal Popular para el fomento de la gestión ética de las colonias felinas en Alcázar de San Juan.
9.- Moción del grupo municipal Equo: propuestas de mejora para la placeta de Barataria.
10.- Moción del grupo municipal IU: para iniciar los trabajos que concluyan con la implantación de una empresa pública de energía en el Ayuntamiento de Alcázar.

PREGUNTAS Y RUEGOS:
PREGUNTA DEL GRUPO MUNICIPAL PP: “¿Qué criterios en la proposición, invitación y de adjudicación se han usado por el Gobierno Municipal para la utilización y explotación de los bares en la carpa de la conocida como “Feria de Día” de esta última Feria y Fiestas de Alcázar de San Juan? “
PREGUNTA DEL GRUPO MUNICIPAL EQUO: ¿Se ha planteado el equipo de gobierno posibles estrategias para evitar que parte de los árboles nuevos que se están sembrando no se sequen, como por ejemplo, que los servicios técnicos impliquen a los vecinos aledaños a las siembras para que participen en los ciudadanos como el riego en las primeras etapas frágiles y más en esta situación de sequía,.. ya que seguimos sin plan director de arbolado urbano y no se convoca con frecuencia la mesa del árbol, instrumentos valiosos que podrían dar respuesta a situaciones como ésta?
RUEGO DEL GRUPO MUNICIPAL PP: “ Que, debido al mal estado de limpieza de las gradas del fondo del campo de fútbol “Manuel Delgado Meco”, se realicen por el Gobierno Municipal los trabajos de limpieza y conservación de manera digna para la afición deportiva de Alcázar de San Juan”.
RUEGO DEL GRUPO MUNICIPAL EQUO:”Que se solucionen los grandes retrasos en los pagos que sufren las ONGs que forman parte del Consejo Local de Cooperación, ya que hay situaciones imposibles de asumir y que comprometen su futuro, como por ejemplo, el caso de Amigos de Mezguida, que presentó proyecto en la convocatoria de 2018, no recibió la primera partida (60%) hasta octubre de 2020, hace más de 14 meses justificó el gasto de esa primera partida y todavía no ha recibido el 40% restante para terminar su proyecto de 2018, ni ha podido hacer memoria final de 2018 que es requisito para recibir siguiente para recibir siguiente partida e iniciar su proyecto de 2020, ni por tanto han podido presentar proyecto en la convocatoria de 2021…. y así sucesivamente.”
