La media maratón Memorial Mariano Rivas Rojano, transcurrirá por primera vez fuera del casco urbano. Es la principal novedad de la carrera organizada por el Club Deportivo Maratón Altomira en colaboración con el Ayuntamiento de Alcázar de San Juan, tras el obligado parón por la pandemia.El concejal de Deportes, Javier Ortega, y el presidente del Club Maratón Altomira, Ángel Sánchez, han presentado el evento deportivo que se celebrará el próximo domingo 2 de octubre, recuperando así al completo la programación deportiva en Alcázar de San Juan suspendida por la situación sanitaria y cumpliendo con la fecha en la que tradicionalmente se celebra, el primer domingo de octubre, explicaba el concejal. “Se trata de una prueba mítica del Circuito de Carreras Populares de Ciudad Real, afirmaba Ortega, una prueba exigente para el corredor y bonita de ver para el espectador”.Como en años anteriores, la cita deportiva engloba tres pruebas: la media maratón, la Carrera Solidaria “Muévete por la Esclerosis Múltiple” y la XX Carrera Adaptada.La XXIV Media Maratón Memorial Mariano Rivas Rojano, saldrá a las 10:00h del Pabellón Antonio Díaz-Miguel, con un recorrido de 21.097 kilómetros. Por primera vez el circuito saldrá del casco urbano y no dará dos vueltas como hasta ahora, explicaba el presidente del Club Maratón Altomira, Ángel Sánchez, se dará una vuelta a un circuito mixto de perfil llano. Un cambio que el club considera resultará más atractivo para el corredor al no pasar dos veces por el mismo lugar. Se han inscrito 500 corredores.Junto con la media maratón tendrá lugar la Carrera Solidaria a favor de la esclerosis múltiple. Una prueba no competitiva, con un recorrido de 6 kilómetros a completar andando o corriendo y una aportación de 5 euros destinados a la Asociación de Esclerosis Múltiple de Alcázar de San Juan. Se ha habilitado una Fila 0 para todas las personas que quieran colaborar. Saldrá a las 10:00h del Pabellón Antonio Díaz-Miguel.Las inscripciones de ambas carreras deberán realizarse a través de la página www.crono3.esEn cuanto a la Carrera Adaptada, está destinada a personas con discapacidad física, psíquica o sensorial con inscripción gratuita |
