El presidente de Castilla-La Mancha, Emiliano García-Page, ha señalado este miércoles en Alcázar de San Juan que “hoy se retoma el Plan Especial del Alto Guadiana”, un asunto que concitó mucho consenso y que sufrió los recortes de Sanidad y Educación en la legislatura de Cospedal, tal como ha apuntado.
Y es que, en declaraciones a los medios de comunicación, tras reunirse con el secretario de Estado de Medio Ambiente, Hugo Morán en las Jornadas del Alto Guadiana, García-Page ha manifestado su intención de que las negociaciones en este asunto sigan adelante y vuelva un Consorcio en forma de plataforma de entendimiento para gestionar el rescate del agua, un asunto del que ha dicho, “no va a dejar de ser un conflicto siempre que haya escasez”.
García-Page también ha anunciado que “vamos a acabar lo que se empezó, lo que dio solución a mucha gente, acabarlo ahora” y también para que no haya ningún tipo de discusión, “siendo sensibles a las modificaciones y novedades que se hayan planteado desde la paralización, de manera que vamos a intentar atender al cien por cien”.
En cuanto a otros asuntos, el presidente regional ha anunciado que va a escribir una carta al presidente del PP para explicarle que el «peor» sitio para instalar un cementerio nuclear es Villar de Cañas, y se ha preguntado también por qué desde el PP están «removiendo» sobre la festividad del Corpus, «para una cosa que no recortó Cospedal» ha dicho.
