El plazo de matrícula en la UNED sigue abierto hasta el 21 de octubre para los estudios de Grados, Grados Combinados, Másteres, Microtítulos y el Curso de Acceso para Mayores de 25 y 45 años.
Mediante un proceso totalmente on line puede realizarse la matrícula a través de la web de la UNED https://www.uned.es/universidad/inicio.html generando un usuario y contraseña para acceder al Campus UNED. Este proceso, totalmente seguro, evita tener que realizar desplazamientos innecesarios, aunque en el Centro Asociado de Ciudad Real – Valdepeñas y sus extensiones se dispone de equipos informáticos donde poder tramitar también las matrículas, así como el asesoramiento del personal de Administración.
La UNED cuenta en la actualidad con unos 200.000 estudiantes, siendo el mayor campus universitario de Europa. El sistema de aprendizaje semipresencial combina docencia on line y acompañamiento presencial que se realiza a través de una plataforma tecnológica que permite ofrecer un modelo flexible y adaptado a las necesidades individuales de cada uno de sus estudiantes, proporcionando así una enseñanza semipresencial, con apoyo de los Profesores Tutores de los Centros, que permite adaptarse a los estudiantes a su ritmo de trabajo y estudio.
El Centro de la UNED de Ciudad Real en Valdepeñas cuenta también con las extensiones de Alcázar de San Juan, Puertollano y Tomelloso, lo que contribuye a ofrecer una serie de recursos disponibles a los estudiantes de la provincia, que pueden elegir entre 30 Grados y 11 Grados Combinados, así como el Curso de Acceso para Mayores de 25 y 45 años y la amplia oferta de Microgrados y Másteres de la UNED.
En este curso 2022-2023 se incorporan, como novedad, el Grado en Educación Infantil completará la oferta de la Facultad de Educación, para preparar a futuros graduados especializados en la formación de niños de 0 a 6 años, y el Grado en Ingeniería de la Energía, perteneciente a la Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Industriales, que supone la posibilidad de formar a los estudiantes para afrontar los retos tecnológicos en materia de sostenibilidad, eficiencia global, ética profesional y políticas energéticas de ahorro y racionalidad en la generación y el uso de la energía.
Precisamente este año la UNED está de celebración del 50 Aniversario de su fundación, habiendo formado a lo largo de estas décadas a miles de estudiantes y contribuyendo a generar sinergias muy positivas en zonas como la provincia de Ciudad Real, con la incorporación al mundo laboral de personas que han recibido una formación de calidad sin necesidad de desplazamientos y adaptándose en todo momento a sus necesidades y particularidades.
